Consumer information & rights

Information for consumers buying bzora at a distance in the European Union, under the Portuguese distance-selling rules (DL 24/2014) and related law. This page is informational; your statutory rights apply regardless of anything stated here.

1. Who you are buying from

bzora is sold by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which processes your payment and is your contracting party for the transaction. See our EULA & Terms and Privacy policy.

2. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason. The period runs for 14 calendar days from the day you enter into the contract (the day of purchase).

How to withdraw. Tell us by a clear statement — email [email protected], or use the model form below. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy. We refund you in full, using the same payment method, without undue delay.

Our policy. We honour a full 14-day refund on request, no reason required — and the free 14-day trial lets you confirm bzora works for you before you pay.

Digital content. For downloadable software, the statutory right of withdrawal can lapse once the download begins with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right. Regardless of that exception, we apply the 14-day refund policy above.

3. Dispute resolution (RAL)

If you have a complaint we could not resolve, you may refer it to an alternative consumer dispute-resolution (RAL) entity. We do not voluntarily adhere to any RAL entity. The competent entity for our activity is the Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (CNIACC) — www.cniacc.pt.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

4. Prices & taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of VAT. For EU customers, VAT is added at checkout according to your country of residence, and the final total is confirmed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, before you pay.
